Arpana is a British entrepreneur and humanitarian, best known as the Co-Founder and CEO of Disarmco—a company pioneering safe, innovative, and environmentally responsible technologies for landmine and unexploded ordnance (UXO) disposal.
Driven by a deep commitment to humanitarian causes, Arpana co-founded Disarmco in 2011 and has since led the development of groundbreaking tools like the Dragon Torch and portable ammunition disposal facilities. Her work has made a tangible impact in conflict and post-conflict zones, attracting the attention of NGOs, the United Nations Mine Action Service (UNMAS), and governments across regions including Kuwait, Libya, Afghanistan, and Pakistan.
Her vision aligns perfectly with our mission at Felix Fund: to support those who serve in the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Search communities. We are honoured to have her join us in this role and look forward to the insight, energy, and compassion she brings.
