Felix Fund Publishing
Felix Fund was pleased to announce its new publishing arm in May 2023.
Following the success of the play Later, After and memoir Troll: My life in bomb disposal. Author and long-time Felix Fund supporter Jane Harvey-Berrick came up with the idea of setting up Felix Fund publishing.
Not only will the charity benefit from future sales of these two launch titles. It will enable us to publish works on behalf of EOD and Search veterans.
We have already released The Long Walk: An Anthology by EOD & Search Veterans, Vol 1 and Vol 2 which are both are available from Amazon.
We are now working on Anthology Vol 3, and we really encourage you to tell us your story – as you saw it, as it happened to you – so these experiences can be shared with other EOD operators and searchers from across the decades, and with your friends and families. Jane is also very happy to work with first-time writers to help bring your reminiscences to the printed page. It doesn’t have to be polished prose; don’t worry about spelling and grammar or any of that stuff because it can all be sorted out afterwards. If you would like to include a photograph with your submission, that would be great, too. Just bring the desire to tell your story. So please send your short stories, memories, or poems to [email protected]. Note that security considerations must be adhered to in whatever you write.
